Here we go!! Our photos from our Pamper Day held last Sunday. This was not only our first Pamper Day of 2021, but our inaugural 'mini' Pamper Day held in a hair salon - @shibuhairart in Royal Oak, hosted by owner and FF volunteer - Rebecca and her team (Abi, Liida and Natalie). We pampered four special ladies sent to us by Race4Life and Baby Loss New Zealand.

We were so thrilled to be able to give these amazing ladies some TLC, something they so deserve with the journey they are on. Such special, amazing women - thank you for coming and spending your valuable time with us ❤

We are super excited to be planning more mini Pamper Days in hair salons around Auckland, as well as continuing our bigger monthly Pamper Days. There are so many people out there needing some pampering and the Feeling Fab team are on to it !!!!

We are very thankful and grateful to our volunteers, our sponsors and the agencies we collaborate with, as we all work together to care for those in need, due to grief, loss and bereavement.

Our first Pamper Day this year is being held at Shibu Hair Art salon, hosted by one of our volunteers and Committee member, Rebecca.

We are very grateful to Rebecca who is opening up her gorgeous hair salon to five deserving ladies to be pampered and treated to a day of TLC.

This is the first of many "mini" Pamper Days we will be holding throughout Auckland eventually nationwide. We are SO very grateful to Rebecca and her team for being our FIRST in-salon Pamper Day hosts - super exciting!!!

This event is being funded by the sale of the decorative hearts we have been sharing on our page as well as various raffles. As well as hosting etc, Rebecca is also providing the food and refreshments - again big Thank You to Rebecca.

Feeling Fab is proud to be holding our programme for ladies who are going through grief, loss or trauma. We will be providing a safe environment for these ladies to be pampered by our Feeling Fab team of angels, who have themselves been through loss and grief.

Kia ora Friends,

As we come to the end of a heck of a year - 2020 - we all tend to look back - on memories, on photos, on events that have happened to us and to the world. 2020 was a huge year for our planet!

Catastrophic bush fires (Australia and California), a massive explosion in Beirut, Tiger King (?!), tragedies that involved loss of life and rioting, Covid-19 and bunch of other headlining events. As we head into 2021 with Covid-19 still on the radar, we send our love and hugs to you all, we send our wishes of respect, kindness, tolerance and goodwill to all, as we all live and cope with a different world this year and next.

Reach out to your whanau, your friends, to us - if you are struggling - it's okay to not be okay in these unsettling times. We have pulled together some photos (unfortunately we are limited to only 10 photos!!! lol) from throughout the year, from our Pamper Days to our founder, Liz's attendance at the Race4Life Christmas Party in December, as guest speaker, as a recap of our FF year. We are looking forward to expanding our programme in 2021, reaching more women and men who are journeying through grief.
